Mono-varietal grappa made from selected marcs of the following grape varieties:
Aglianico, used to produce Taurasi DOCG;
Fiano, used to produce Fiano di Avellino DOCG;
Greco, used to produce Greco di Tufo DOCG.
Production method: steam-heated distillation in a non-continuous still..
Tasting notes: very elegant and complex nose, characterized by the typical scents of each grape single variety. The mouth is rich, dry and well-rounded, with a powerful and long-lasting finish.
Food pairings: ideal as a digestive served after a meal.
